Valid Return Requirements
  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice)
  • Reason for return has to be valid.

Our company will accept the return under the conditions below:

  1. Delivery of wrong product
  2. Unintentionally incorrect contents on the website
  3. Delivery of the products with missing parts
  4. Delivery of defective/damaged product
Return Policy

A customer has 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, you must purchase from our website. Your item must be in the original packaging.

  1. If the product's validity expires, the customer can replace the product or claim a full cash refund.
  2. Any mismatch regarding the representation of an effect on our website and delivered goods, the customer can return that particular product. Hence, a voucher of the same amount will be generated within 15 working days.
  3. In such a case of returning a product, the delivery charge will be excluded from the voucher.
  4. If an ordered product's taste is not satisfactory as expected from the customer's end, the customer can return that particular product within 72 hours.
  5. If an ordered product's quality is not satisfactory as expected from the customer's end, then that particular product can be returned within 72 hours.
  6. If the customer gets a damaged product, the product can be replaced, or the customer can claim for full cash refund in such a scenario.
  7. When any wrong product is delivered to the customer, it can be directly replaced or claim a full cash refund.
Order Cancelation
  1. Delivery will be subject to order stock of the product. Due to unavoidable reasons, the product's delivery may take longer than the seller's promised delivery time.
  2. Limited reserves the power to withdraw your order at any time for unavoidable reasons, even after order confirmation. Hence, the customer will utterly refund the customer within 15 days if they already paid the purchase amount.
  3. The company holds the authority to cancel the order even in the in-transit status section. Hence, the customer will utterly refund the customer within 15 days if they already paid the purchase amount.
  4. If the customer does not accept the courier for product delivery, the cash will be refunded (for advanced payment) within a maximum of 15 working days after the product is returned to the company.
  5. When any delivered product's price is higher for some reason, the customer can register to complain by email ( or the helpline. After verifying the complaint, the company will refund the extra price within seven days for an additional fee. However, the complaint has to be registered within 48 hours.
  6. After confirming any Order, if the customer cancels the order and already makes an online payment against that order, Limited will charge an Online Gateway Transaction fee while disbursing the refund amount.
Cancellation Due to Product Unavailability
  1. Limited authority may cancel any order within 72 hours if the ordered item(s) stock is temporarily unavailable. If the customer has already made an advance payment against the order, the customer will receive a full cash refund, or a voucher of a similar amount will be generated within seven working days.
  2. If the customer agrees to wait for the product's stock (s) availability, the order may remain in a hold status for a maximum of 15 days.

Once we receive your item, we will examine it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund.


You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
